About this service
EstateCheck is a portfolio case study project: a demo property inspection application. It is not a commercial product and is not operated by a registered company.
Accounts and access
You can create an account with an email address and password, or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details to yourself. Demo accounts may be removed if the project changes.
Acceptable use
Use the demo as intended: add properties, run inspections and review reports. Do not upload unlawful content, do not try to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, and do not use it to store data you have no right to store.
Your content and data
You keep ownership of everything you enter or upload. The app only stores it and displays it back to you. Because this is a demo, please use fictional properties and people rather than real tenant data.
Availability and changes
The demo may change, pause or go offline at any time without notice. Features may be added, changed or removed as the project evolves.
Limitation of liability
EstateCheck is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. It is a demonstration, not a tool for real deposit decisions, and the author accepts no liability for actions taken based on demo data.
Termination
You can stop using the demo at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. Access may also be limited or ended if the service is misused.
Governing terms
Because EstateCheck is a personal portfolio project, these terms are written in plain language and are not a legally reviewed agreement. They describe intended use rather than create a contract.
